• Serves as a resource for KCHD programs and services.
• Plans, organizes, and provides education and outreach on current grant-funded programs.
• Performs comprehensive community health assessment.
• Assists with our website and social media posts promoting our services.
• Analyzes, evaluates, and recommends changes in health education methods, techniques, and resources.
• Assist with planning and marketing of KCHD sponsored conferences and events.
• Prepares and submits reports, statistics, and data as required.
• Plans and prepares requests for proposals for grant funding.
• Provides education and outreach to community organizations, law enforcement, first responders and community members
• Works with community agencies
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Performs appropriate emergency response duties as required.
