The Business Analyst’s key function is to work with internal and external clients to determine requirements and to define solutions to address complex business, process and systems problems, and improvements in the organisation. They act as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organisation, and to recommend solutions that enable the organisation to achieve its goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Eliciting, analyzing, validating, and managing requirements

  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Data analysis, cleansing and high-level modelling

  • Prototyping and Wireframing

  • Funtional Specification, BRS and related documentation

  • Transitioning, Testing and Training

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, IT or any related field.

  • Proven experience as a business analyst with data analysis

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

  • Proficient in Waterfall, Agile and Hybid methodologies

  • Azure DevOps

  • MS T-SQL

  • Safe Agile Scrum Master, DevOps and Product Owner

  • Power BI Dashboarding and Reports

  • MS Solution stack knowledge would be an advantage

  • The ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Effective communication and leadership skills.

  • Must be fluent in English

  • Excellent organisational and documentation skills

  • A critical thinker with strong business judgement.

  • Strong problem-solving capabilities

  • Previous work experience in large projects

Must have :

  • At least 4 – 7 years production experience

  • Experience in working on small to large projects

  • Experience in various industries

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experienced

  • BABOK knowledge / certification
