We are seeking an Engineer for our manufacturing clients direct hire, full-time opening in the Jamestown area. The ideal candidate would have a Bachelors Degree in Engineering with at least 2years of experience however entry level candidates are encouraged to apply!Job Summary: The Engineer will assist in design, CNC Programming and improvement for tooling processing.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Assist design and development of CNC Programs (Mill, Lathe and Wire EDM)Identify opportunities to improve products or reduce costs.Incorporate new methods and processes to improve existing operations.Troubleshoot new or existing problems involving designs, materials, or processes.Communicate manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, or other information to facilitate tooling processes.Assist in designs, installs, or troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.Requirements:Bachelors degree in engineering or equivalent experience0-2 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to perform complex problem solving with sound judgement and decision makingExperience with Mastercam or other CNC Programming SoftwareKnowledge of AutoCAD, Solid Works or other equivalent design softwareAbility to conduct research and implement new technologiesTime managementIf you feel you would be a great fit for this opportunity - apply today and call 716.630.7008 for more information!
