The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for monitoring the accounts payable process and working closely with our accounts payable clerk(s) to ensure timely and appropriate payment of invoices. This role involves communicating with vendors, purchasing department and inventory control departments to resolve issues and to improve policies and procedures in our accounting system. There are additional duties typically handled by accounting departments to support company operations.
