Description We are in search of a meticulous and highly motivated Attorney/Lawyer to join our team in Houston, Texas. This role primarily revolves around the review, drafting, and monitoring of contracts, federal regulations, and new proposals. The selected individual will also be tasked with keeping a keen eye on new case laws.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze contracts thoroughly and meticulously.

• Monitor and stay updated with new federal regulations and case laws.

• Draft contracts and new proposals with precision and clarity.

• Leverage your expertise in Federal Contracts and Reviewing Contracts to ensure all legal documents are in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations.

• Collaborate closely with other team members to resolve contract-related issues.

• Provide legal advice and guidance on contract matters to the team and stakeholders.

• Ensure all contract activities are carried out within the legal requirements.

• Handle any ad hoc duties related to contract law as required. Requirements • Candidate must possess a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school

• Must be an active member in good standing with the bar in any U.S. jurisdiction

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the practice of law

• Proficiency in the area of Federal Contracts is required

• Experience in reviewing contracts is essential

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Demonstrate ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet stringent deadlines

• High level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial in this role

• Proficient in the use of legal research software and other relevant computer applications.
