Title:Project Manager- Procurement PMO

Location:Lisle, IL

Duration: 3 Months

\ PMP certification is preferred!\ \ Major Responsibilities:

• Lead execution of resourcing & supplier relocation projects associated with category management team cost reduction efforts
• Provide support with execution planning (including key milestone timing) to category management teams for resourcing & supplier relocation projects
• Lead expedited execution of resourcing projects to eliminate/mitigate production supply shortages due to forced supplier exits or bankruptcies
• Lead coordination or procurement activities in support of major insourcing projects with manufacturing
• Performs supply chain and logistics functions, such as material procurement, production planning, inventory control, outsourcing, vendor selection and distribution.
• Creates integrated processes among internal functions (e.g., operations, purchasing and logistics) and outside suppliers. Responsibilities are within the Supply Chain Management function as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines.

\ Basic Requirements:\ (Minimum Experience) Bachelor\'s degree and at least 8 years of supply chain, engineering or manufacturing experience and 1 year lead experience\ OR\ Master\'s degree and at least 6 years of supply chain, engineering or manufacturing experience and 1 year lead experience\ OR\ At least 10 years of supply chain, engineering or manufacturing experience and 1 year lead experience
