Provide basic care according to the plan of care. Perform duties such as monitoring of health status, feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, or ambulation of patients. May include medication reminders and other health-related tasks, home maintenance tasks and maintain a clean and safe home environment for the client at all times.
