CareerStaff Unlimited partners with companies around the country to raise the bar in healthcare by setting new standards for quality care and personalized service. Responsibilities for thisLicensed Clinical Social Workeropportunity include, but are not limited to

• Conducts a psychosocial assessment within 72 hrs.

• Develops and implements treatment plans for patient based on assessment and coordinates any additional services needed, revising as necessary.

• Participates in multi-disciplinary treatment planning meetings.

• Presents appropriate patient information to the treatment team.

• Recommends effective treatment interventions.

• Maintains a caseload as assigned.

• Facilitates groups or program modules.

• Timely prepares progress notes and treatment updates in the medical record.

• Maintains all clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and accrediting standards.

• May perform case management, discharge, or aftercare planning as needed.

• Complies with organizational policies, procedures, and performance improvement initiatives, and maintains regulatory and industry standards.

• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.

• Provides crisis intervention to patients and families in acute distress.

JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR THELICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER:

• 2+ yearsof experience

• Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling or Human Services field

• Be a LCSW or LCSW-A, LMHC, or LMHC-A LCAS, LCAS-A in NC

• BLS issued by the AHA

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
