Examines patients with breathing-related conditions and conducts diagnostic testing. Consults with physicians to develop and implement a treatment plan for the patient. Performs physiotherapy and other treatments and teaches patients to use medications.

Required Skills Certifications: BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) - Required to be current upon hire.

ACLS & PALS certifications from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) - Required within 12 months of employment, if not current upon hire Drag Edit Delete

Required Skills Licenses: Licensed by the State of Tennessee as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) with ABG endorsement. Temporary initial licensure letter by the State of Tennessee as a graduate respiratory care practitioner, acceptable, without ABG endorsement, until state licensure is issued. Drag Edit Delete
