We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Executive to join our dynamic and forward-thinking sales team. The ideal candidate will work primarily on the Local team showcasing her or his detailed account management expertise by building collaborative relationships with both internal stakeholders and a number of NWA based clients.

Ad solutions are sold by the Local Account Executives (AEs), the AE is the key point of contact for the clients. They will coordinate the full efforts of all the internal team members involved in the fulfillment & execution process to help the clients achieve the desired business results and to receive a strong ROI.

What You Will Do

• Grow the account by introducing new solution sets, introducing strategy and planning and ensures everything is working properly
• Be the lead point of contact on assigned sales accounts
• Communicate directly with the local sales team, clients, answers questions and meet any requests/needs
• Maintain strong and positive relationships with the local sales team, clients and the internal team members; keeps everyone informed on project status; manages client expectations
• Confirm TV and digital orders are input correctly and aligned with insertion order
• Handle displaced TV or Digital
• Takes the lead on all fulfillment (TV, Digital)
• Coordinate all internal efforts with those involved in fulfillment
• Is the Client interface with TEGNA internal teams, such as Creative Services
