BPL Plasma US Operations Marketing Manager in Fort Lee, New Jersey

Position : US Operations Marketing Manager

Location : Fort Lee, NJ

Key Accountabilities

  1. Develop and execute forward-thinking marketing strategies aligned with goals and objectives set in collaboration with the Marketing Director. Emphasize rapid expansion, donor acquisition, and retention in competitive markets, and elevate the donor experience and engagement.

  2. Plan, launch, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and events.

  3. Act as a liaison with other functional managers to ensure that marketing initiatives align seamlessly with overall company objectives. Identify and address risks and opportunities through dedicated cross-functional initiatives.

  4. Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and continuously improve strategies.

  5. Strategically plan and manage budgets for various marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost-effective operations

  6. Foster sustainable partnerships with key external stakeholders, such as vendors, advertising agencies, and creative artists

  7. Facilitate collaboration with internal stakeholders from both Corporate and plasma centers to on cross-functional initiatives.

  8. Stay at the forefront of industry trends, monitor competitor activity, and understand donor behavior and preferences.

  9. Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, website content, social media posts, and email campaigns.

  10. Ensure marketing materials and campaigns adhere to regulatory guidelines and company standards, including Standard Operating Procedures

  11. Generate regular reports and presentations to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies, providing valuable insights to leadership.

  12. Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior members of the marketing team to foster their professional growth.

  13. Proactively make recommendations for process and system improvements

  14. Maintain inventory of promotional materials and reorder as necessary.

  15. Update internal marketing documents and databases.

  16. Coordinate and manage events, including branding, staffing, and day-of delivery.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

  2. Minimum five years' experience in marketing, preferably in the plasma or retails industry, or a Master's degree with three years of relevant experience.

  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.

  4. Exceptional time management skills with a focus on managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

  5. Proactive, self-starter capable of working independently and effectively within a team setting.

  6. Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and experience collaborating with agency and media partners.

  7. Outstanding project management and organizational skills.

  8. Proven experience in planning, executing and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEM, SEO, email marketing.

  9. Proficiency in managing and growing social media channels to enhance brand presence and engagement.

  10. Knowledge of SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search ranking.

  11. Experience in email marketing, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.

  12. Familiarity with digital advertising platform such as Google Ads, Meta Business, etc.

  13. Creative and innovative thinker.

  14. Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Physical and Mental Working Conditions

  1. Less than 10% domestic travel.

  2. Significant time spent sitting.
