Description Wound Care RN with Providence Home Health in Snohomish County. $10,00 hiring bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm Job Description: Registered Nurses (RNs) work alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide whole-person quality care to patients in need. Required qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Within 30 days of hire: National Provider Identifier (NPI) number Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 2 years full time experience practicing as a registered nurse in a Long Term Care, Medical/Surgical Unit, and/or Skilled Nursing Facility. 1 year recent, hands-on technical clinical experience (occurring within the last three years) in a Medicare-certified Homecare or Hospice agency/facility doing intermittent visits and case management. Recent hands-on experience in wound care, venipuncture, ostomy, catheters, and feeding tubes. Rehab nursing experience. Experience working with an EMR system. Experience with office software programs including Outlook, Word, and/or Excel. Why Join Providence?
