The Marketing Manager will run the daily functions of the marketing department. Will work closely with Business Development leadership and sales teams.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, implement and manage the marketing/PR strategy

Plan, implement and manage marketing and lead generation campaigns and measure results

Develop and maintain a consistent corporate image both internally and externally, and ensure that the brand is well communicated across all channels

Creation, implementation and management of industry award submissions

Capture unique content including photos, videos etc from job sites through use of cameras, drones etc.

Manage all social media channels, strategy and activity

Responsible for the creation of marketing materials and/or working with outside agency support

Ensure company websites are kept up to date

Attend specific tradeshows and industry events as needed

Identify and understand a client\'s business needs and objectives to develop marketing and sales campaigns

Coordinate liaison between sales, business development and other departments

Maintain effective internal marketing communications

QUALIFICATIONS

A proven track record in marketing and/or communications

Ability to develop, manage and implement strategy and plans

Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills

Knowledge and application of a wide range of marketing and sales techniques and concepts

Enthusiastic and creative

Strategic planning skills

Strong organizational skills

Strong motivation, leadership and team management skills

Analytic ability

Experience within the building and construction industry is a bonus

Ability to attend industry events and do some travel

EDUCATION

A degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business administration, advertising or related field is required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization\'s facilities.

Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
