The Clinical Case Manager (CCM) will provide intensive counseling and support to students in a school setting through group therapy, case management between school and home/ancillary services, and support to the classroom team. The position requires a Master's degree in Social Work or Psychology, as well as experience in the field of counseling (2+ years in a diverse clinical setting).CT licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and/or MA licensure as an LMHC or LCSW, or license eligible and working towards licensure, is required. Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered.
