We are searching for a Registered Nurse to provide Aged and Disabled Waiver services. Pay based on experience. RN will complete 6 month and annual assessments, attend annual PAS, complete post hospital visits to update PAL's and supervise home makers to ensure that the home maker is providing the care documented on the PAL. Must be willing to travel. Work Monday thru Friday 8am to 4pm, no on-call, flexible hours. Pay based on qualifications and experience. Company will also pay mileage.
