Summary Perform routine clerical duties in accordance with standard administrative office procedures.

Monday - Friday 12:00 p.m. Start Time

Responsibilities * Train, coach and provide day-to-day direction to team members, as needed. * Answer and direct telephone calls. * Data entry. * Filing and other administrative duties. * Handle routine correspondence, including mail and faxes. * Interface with customer. * Prepare business reports and presentations. * Purchase supplies.

Qualifications * High school diploma or GED required. * Associate's degree preferred. * 1-3 years experience in automated office environment required. * AS400 or SAP work experience preferred. * Strong communication skills and ability to coach co-workers. * Intermediate computer and database application skills. * Excellent phone etiquette. * Knowledge of multi-line phone systems. * Accurate data entry. * Strong organizational skills. * Bilingual skills a plus. * Prior dispatching experience strongly preferred.
