This is a Monday through Friday position, from 8am to 4:30pm - No nights, no weekends, and no holidays. We are looking for someone with a passion for helping others, who knows their way around a kitchen, and has a knack for problem solving. What you\'ll do: Educate customers on use of Presto products Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or complaints via phone Handle warranty issues Data entry of customer orders and call notes. Work with Excel to record data and generate spreadsheets.
