BrightStar Care--a local leader in home care since 2009-- is seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) , in Talbot and Dorchester County, on Maryland's Eastern Shore.

* CREATE YOUR OWN SCHEDULE--Flexible PRN scheduling with full-time hours available -- Shifts range from 4-hour to 12-hour shifts

HHA Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a qualified Home Health Aide(no exceptions)
• Valid drivers license
• Reliable car/active auto insurance
• Clean background and criminal record
• Active CPR certification and Negative TB test, within the past year, required upon starting work
• CNA certification, if applicable

HHA Compensation and Benefits:

HHA Responsibilities:

• Provide client care, based upon individualized plan of care
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, ambulation; offer companionship
• Provide transportation, as needed
