Jones Sign Field Sign Installer Leader - National Travel in De Pere, Wisconsin

Looking for a few Lead Sign Installer to join our team. Open to anywhere within the US based on experience level. Must be experienced in signage installation.

As an Installer, you will work in unique and legendary venues throughout the US. You will support installations of illuminated and non-illuminated signs, digital signs, scoreboards, architectural elements, building facade and much more. Our work is proudly displayed at Lambeau Field, Fiserv Forum, American Family Field, Hard Rock Stadium, Daytona International Speedway, Allegiant Stadium and many other facilities across our country. SPECIFIC DUTIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Travel to/from installation locations throughout the U.S.

  • Install various types of signs; illuminated and non-illuminated.

  • Installation of fixtures, equipment and facade system per blueprint requirements.

  • Assemble and disassemble components as needed.

  • Ability to operate or learn to operate construction equipment such as cranes, lifts, excavators, etc.

  • Dig footings using various methods.

  • Complete concrete work as required per specifications.

  • Welding of signage to complete installation.

  • Complete electrical wiring as required and authorized.

  • Vast understanding and the ability to use a large variety of power tools and equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work at various heights without fear.

  • Has the ability to run large equipment, such as Spyder crane and rough terrain forklifts.

  • Has the ability to understand and meet schedules.

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Physically be able lift and move without restrictions.

  • Blueprint reading.

  • Displaying and upholding professionalism always on a job site.

  • Upholding and exceeding OSHA 1926 standards.

  • Ability to work with or without direct supervision.

  • High-level problem-solving skills along with adaptability.

  • CDL driver license (or ability to obtain one)

  • Ability to work out of town and stay overnight (10 days travel and a long weekend every 2 weeks)

  • Crane, construction equipment, and forklift experience desired
