Robert Half Business Systems Analyst in Columbus, Ohio

Description We are offering an opportunity to join our team in the Real Estate & Property industry, based in Columbus, Ohio, as a Business Systems Analyst. This role involves performing software administration, training, and end-user support for all software applications, as well as leading efforts to analyze business practices and design new solutions to enhance productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key member of the Application Support Teams, including software applications such as JDE, Envision, and System Integrations with Pivotal (CRM), Website, and reporting.

• Identify and learn about additional software applications used and supported by the organization moving forward.

• Maintain and enhance the performance of all new and existing software and applications.

• Troubleshoot and fix software issues, ensuring that problems have been adequately resolved.

• Test, document, and follow through with new and existing software applications patches & releases.

• Write detailed specifications and work with developers for new enhancements, queries & reports.

• Document process flows and manuals for new and existing software systems.

• Train end-users on new processes and procedures, ensuring they can use technology more productively.

• Provide IT support for regulatory and compliance activities.

• Use skills such as Atlassian Jira, Business systems, Confluence, Database, EO/IR systems, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Business Requirement Document, Design, Diagram to perform the role effectively. Requirements • Possession of deep knowledge in the Real Estate & Property industry

• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role

• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Confluence

• Advanced understanding of business systems and database management

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems

• Strong skills in AB Testing and Agile Scrum methodologies

• Ability to create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents

• Experience in Design and Diagram creation

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
