This position is for Shipping & Receiving Clerk in Clinton, MS 

Overview: This position is to train a candidate to become a welder/fitter within the company. Must pass the welder test first, then candidates will enter a thirty (30) day fitter training class. Upon completion of training candidates must pass the fitter test to retain the desired Welder/Fitter position.

Responsibilities : Receives, identifies, boxes, and stores parts, engines, alternators, and transfer switches in an orderly manner.

Retrieves parts as directed by sales order or shipping lists. Prepares parts and completed units for shipment to include building shipping containers. Dispatches by freight method as directed. Reconciles "returned goods" paper work. Sets up new storage locations and helps to maintain cleanliness and order in these locations. Operates equipment such as forklift, overhead crane, etc.

Pulls engines and generators for transportation to other facilities. Checks in parts, matches with P.O.'s verifying quantities and products are correct. Receives, pulls, and packages inventory for work orders and completed units. Properly labels, rotates, and stocks inventory when it is received. At times, serves as liaison between production and parts, pulling what is needed for assembly.
