Description At University Hospitals, nurses have always been our front-line caregivers. Every day, they care for patients of all ages - from newborns to seniors - expertly blending compassion with advanced knowledge, technical skills and professional integrity. Lerner Tower 4 is a 30 bed adult inpatient care unit that primarily provides care for neurology and neurosurgical patients. Within the unit there is also a neuro intermediate care unit, in which stepdown acuity level neuro patients can be cared for. Additionally, Tower 4 has a unique collaboration with NSU, the neuro ICU. Management as well as staff from both areas meet frequently to discuss issues, work on process improvement and patient satisfaction Required For All Jobs Performs other duties as assigned.
