The Production manager is responsible for all daily aspects of leading a safe, efficient, and motivated production and operations team. In addition to this a constant focus on customer satisfaction and on time performance. Coordinate production activities across multiple shifts with plant floor supervision to insure and maintain a continual production flow in an effective manner to meet customer deadlines and deliveries. Provides daily support, direction, development, and leadership to all supervisors by conducting regular meetings and sharing critical information. Implement and sustain 6S program for production activities. Fosters a culture of expertise, motivation, improvement, and accountability in their team by demonstrating a mentor and coach mentality. Maintaining an amiable relationship with the customer base. Implement cost effective systems of control over capital, operating expenditures by understanding P&L statements and factors that positively and negatively affect them. Starting pay is negotiable depending on experience. Must have basic computer skills- Microsoft
