Insight Global Technical Writer in Bristol, Connecticut

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Technical Writer for a large media client to sit in Bristol, CT. This group is responsible for all of the tier 1 and beyond technical broadcasting support and incidents. The main responsibility of this person will be to write all of the day to day technical processes into technical documents and manuals. Day to day this person will be responsible for proactively connecting with multiple teams and getting updates to their processes and then translating this.

Skills and Requirements

2 - 5 years of Technical Writing experience in the media production industry

Ability to proactively connect and work with multiple teams

Experience working with Confluence, Jira and/or Service Now to store documentation

BA/BS required null
