Always Best Care Senior Services CNA / Caregiver / Home Health Aide-Now Hiring in Boerne, Texas

    (Monday-Friday 6am-2pm and 7am-3pm Shift available) in Boerne, TX  Caregivers Needed – $500 Sign-On Bonus Our goal is flexible shifts to accommodate a comfortable work/life balance for all employees.  Always Best Care is seeking compassionate caregivers for Boerne and the surrounding areas in the Texas Hill Country (Boerne, Kerrville, Fredericksburg, Bandera, Comfort and other areas). Pay and Benefits:  * $500 sign-on bonus ($250 after 90 days and $250 at 6 months; must average 20 hours per week) * Tapcheck on-demand pay available for every hire * Flexible hours * Weekly pay (daily pay options available) with direct deposit * Paid mileage while on the job * 1.5x holiday pay * Referral bonus program * Benefits (401K, etc.) * Paid time off * Paid training and ongoing training programs (specialized training) * Earn college credits from SNHU during training   From basic companion care (which includes, but is not limited to light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, meal preparation, etc.) to more integral personal care (which includes, but is not limited to incontinence care, transferring, dressing and bathing, etc.), our Caregivers provide a wide range of services. May work a variety of shifts, from 1-12 hours, over weekends, at night, in the morning, etc.    Qualifications and Requirements:  * Must be 18 years or older * High School diploma or GED preferred * Need reliable transportation and auto insurance * Required to pass background check and random drug screens * Have access to email and a mobile smart device * Good verbal, written and reading skills * Previous experience is preferred but not required * CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR training a plus but not required * Military experienced candidates are encouraged to apply * A “Fair Chance” job (you or the employer follow Fair Chance hiring practices when performing background checks) * A good fit for applicants with gaps in their resume, or who have been out of the workforce for the past 6 months or more * Older job seekers encouraged to apply   COVID-19 Safety Precautions currently in place.   Note: Each Always Best Care location is independently owned and operated.
