We are offering an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented E-Billing Specialist in BIRMINGHAM, Alabama, United States. As part of our team, you will assist with the submission of client bills, answers billing inquiries and assists in the monitoring and follow-up of related billing functions.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer credit applications

• Maintain customer credit records with utmost accuracy

• Monitor customer credit accounts regularly

• Take necessary actions to collect delinquent payments

• Handle electronic billing and claim administration

• Oversee accounts receivable and ensure accurate coding of invoices

• Use accounting software systems for managing billing functions

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Office Suites for various accounting functions

• Deliver excellent customer service while resolving credit inquiries

• Follow collection processes as per the industry standards.

Requirements • Proficient in Accounting Software Systems

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites

• Understanding of Accounting Functions and Billing Functions

• Experience with Claim Administration

• Familiarity with Collection Processes

• Excellent Customer Service skills

• Experience with Electronic Billing

• Understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Familiarity with Accounts receivables systems

• Experience with Coding Invoices
