Racquet Sports Instructor - Bentonville, AR

Part-time, 5-10 hrs/wk

Walton Whole Health and Fitness Center, managed by HealthFitness, has a great opportunity for Racquet Sports Instructor/ Coach to join the recreation team at our beautiful, new Indoor facility. Responsibilities include on court tennis and/or pickleball instruction to both children and adults.

What you'll be doing

• Provide high quality individual/group Tennis/Pickleball lessons to children and/or adults of varying abilities.

• Setup/breakdown of courts before/after lessons.

• Assist in the promotion of Tennis/Pickleball events and helping to answer member questions about classes, leagues, tournaments, etc.

• Perform other duties as needed/assigned.

What you'll need to have

• Adult/ Child First Aid and CPR/AED certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.

• Must be a USTA member with a NTRP rating of 4.0 or higher.

• Two (2) or more years tennis/Pickleball teaching experience with children and/or adults.

• Required to teach two group tennis classes a week.

• Professional appearance and attitude.

• Start/complete lessons in a timely manner.

• Ensure students/players adhere to HF safety guidelines and demonstrate good sportsmanship.

• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
