Description:

Responsibilities: • Introduce & Champion Agile & Scrum methodologies for assigned product development team • Work closely with team(s) to identify, design, and implement best practices or workflow optimizations to enhance delivery • Coach teams on ways of working and encourage effective use of tools, including Jira, Confluence, GitLab, and Figma • Partner with Lead Scrum Master on identification and implementation of process optimization opportunities • Help mature the Agile framework within our product development teams • Strong facilitation, communication, and team-building skills • Conflict resolution skills with a problem-solving mindset Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree or Associate’s degree with relevant experience and/or certifications • 1-2 years experience working as a ScrumMaster or similar role in an enterprise environment • Experience working with teams new to Agile/Scrum methodologies and coaching teams • 1+ years participating in and/or facilitating Agile Ceremonies • Experience working in an enterprise, matrixed environment • Experience working on diverse applications and products, and developing process improvement or change initiatives Nice-To-Haves: • Healthcare experience • ScrumMaster certification (CSM, PSM, etc.)
