Job Overview

The Behavioral Health Analyst is responsible for creating and implementing behavior plans, monitoring treatment fidelity, and facilitating team member trainings within the intensive division of PMHI. The Behavioral Health Analyst is available to team members for coaching and training and collaborates with clinical teams and leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality evidence-based care.

Qualifications

EDUCATION: Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education or directly related field. EXPERIENCE: Three years of experience in psychiatric treatment setting. CERTIFICATION(S): Healthcare Provider BLS/CPR certification; Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) preferred LICENSURE: Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker preferred. POPULATION SPECIFIC CARE Neonate - 30 days to 1yr Toddlers - >1yr to 3yrs Pre-Schoolers - >3yrs to 5yrs School age - >5yrs to 13yrs Adolescent - >13yrs to 18yrs ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS An employee in this position may be called upon to do any or all the following essential functions. These examples do not include all the functions which the employee may be expected to perform. Develops individual treatment plans and oversees treatment plan development, including defining target behaviors, treatment goals and data collection systems. Develops behavior intervention programs to establish alternative pro-social behaviors. Collaborates with clinical team members to discuss intervention strategies and problem behaviors. Attends clinical rounding and meetings. Provides real time coaching on how to effectively manage problem behavior and implement behavior treatment plans. Ensures treatment fidelity across all staff members. Analyzes daily behavioral data and communicates progress with treatment teams. Completes functional behavior assessments as necessary. Writes up assessment results and observation notes as necessary. Creates and delivers trainings for staff development and preceptor trainings.
