Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking a Passive Senior Mentor to support Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations. The Passive Senior Mentor will provide on-site, real-time support by using JQS standards to monitor and track performance. Ideal candidates will have experience maintaining training logs and developing working aids, course curriculum and training references.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site, real-time mentoring

• Maintain JQS standards

• Monitor and track performance

• Produce detailed training reports

• Develop working aids, course curriculum and training references

• Provide instruction support through platform training

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI

• Current CI Polygraph with ability to pass a Full Scope Polygraph

• 5 years of operational experience in the past 7 years producing T/FDOA solutions

• Passive Geolocation Qualification course completionor 2 + years of instructor experience
