Integrated Media Specialist The Integrated Media Specialist is responsible for the development and implementation of traditional and digital paid media plans across both B2B and B2C campaigns for all lines of business. They will lead the planning, execution, management, and optimization of our media campaigns in TV, radio, print, OOH, digital, search, and social. They will assist the Integrated Media Manager in developing media strategies and performance insights to support organizational goals. Position Responsibilities: * Lead and manage our paid media planning for all lines of business and all paid media channels; determine the media channel mix to best resonate with our audiences and meet business goals. Leverage prior media knowledge and experience, agency resources, client data, and market understanding to conduct scenario planning. Provide direction to media agency partners to support media buying. * Manage paid media campaigns and direct the implementation of those plans; develop and maintain launch timelines and status in project management tool, traffic campaign ads and URLs to media agency partners, and collaborate with MARCX department colleagues and external media agencies for overall campaign orchestration. * Optimize campaign performance; identify and define relevant paid media metrics that meet business goals, monitor and optimize campaigns to drive strong media results. * Manage development of regular media channel reporting for campaign stakeholders; develop clean and accurate performance reports across traditional and digital channels, provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations. * Represent paid media in internal MARCX campaign meetings and communications; create and communicate media updates to extended campaign teams and relevant stakeholders. * Manage media billing procedures in support of MARCX operations and external media agencies. Maintain monthly media billing forecast to inform department budgets and expenditures. * Adhere to Compliance and Risk Processes; Oversee campaign plans and implementation to ensure they are current and compliant. Adhere to Corporate Marketing process/procedures including Compliance review processes, utilizing Workfront system to document campaign plan status and approvals.

Position Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree from Accredited university or 5 years plus of relevant experience in Marketing, media, communications, or advertising degree preferred * 5 plus years of experience in Media planning or Buying * 3 plus years of experience in Digital advertising

Auburn Hills Operations Center 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday. This position offers a hybrid work model that includes onsite and remote days as determined by the manager.
